Gnocchi (my mom) with pears, gorgonzola and walnuts



These dumplings made them really my mom ... I
I pulled them out of my freezer and I cooked them!

What you need to make the dumplings?

follow this recipe for gnocchi
because it is the same that she uses!

As for the complete meal, I did the following:

800 grams of potato dumplings

200 grams of sweet gorgonzola

a hint of cinnamon

little milk

not very ripe pear 1 large

grated 1 knob of butter

1 tablespoon oil

4 walnuts cut knife

In a pan melt the butter in the oil.

Add the gorgonzola and sliced \u200b\u200bthin with the milk, add the cinnamon and make it all creamy.

Add the grated pear. Cook for 3 minutes.

Cook the gnocchi in the water. When you pick them up at the surface and place in gorgonzola cream sauce. Stir for a minute and serve the dish with a sprinkling of walnuts.
