Buongiorno! :)  volete a quick recipe, good, hot and "light" for lunch?

Here it is, a fabulous cream of zucchini easy!

Take a frying pan, add extra virgin olive oil, shallots into thin slices and fry. Add the zucchini (the amount varies depending on the guests!), Wash and cut or sliced \u200b\u200binto small pieces and cook (if you want to add hot water during cooking). Pass the zucchini in the glass with the hand blender and you'll get a delicious cream! I like thick ... ;)

Add on each plate of stale bread crumbs in pan and toasted cubes of fresh cheese, a dish unique, warm, which also warms the heart! :))
