He told me to do this:
Wash the cuttlefish under running water then peel the skins from transparent, and cut into small pieces.
In saucepan put together garlic, onion and cuttlefish.
Brown, and remove garlic.
When the squid has downloaded and its water has evaporated add the tomatoes, peas and a little later in the jar.
Bring all cooked over low heat.
